Technical project & program delivery · CRM · MarTech

I lead CRM and MarTech programs from discovery through launch.

I turn complex customer needs into clear requirements, technical decisions and cross-team delivery plans, then stay involved through adoption and operation.

Four cases with different evidence boundaries: a current program pattern, a composite diagnosis, a cross-system investigation and earlier team leadership. Each separates my ownership from specialist implementation.

Current program pattern · Vigorate, 2021–present

Making 200 Million Messages Boring

A delivery operating model for 20+ concurrent workstreams and programs supporting 200M+ annual sends. Requirements, capacity, handoffs and release evidence make the portfolio more predictable.

The 80% Drop

An apparent collapse in CRM submissions crossed browser, forms, consent, identity and reporting. I traced the breakpoints and recommended a phased recovery and validation plan.

The Bill That Couldn’t Go Missing

A valid billing record could fail between source files and Marketing Cloud. I coordinated the investigation and defined clearer exception, resend and recovery ownership.

03 / How I work

From outcome to operation.

A four-step pattern keeps the work grounded in the customer outcome while preserving clear decisions, handoffs and operating ownership.

01

Frame the outcome.

Agree on the customer outcome, constraints and evidence that would count as success.

02

Decide the path.

Clarify source, identity, dependencies and failure behavior. Recommend a path and record the trade-off.

03

Deliver it safely.

Define requirements, owners, acceptance criteria, specialist handoffs and release evidence.

04

Operate and scale.

Name monitoring and support owners. Use adoption and operating evidence to improve the next release.

04 / Notes

Things I keep coming back to.

Short pieces on technical delivery, architecture and operating decisions.

TROUBLESHOOTING NOTE

200 OK is not the outcome.

A successful request proves the transport accepted something. It does not prove identity, eligibility, journey behavior or customer outcome.

05 / About

Between the meeting room and the technical work.

At Vigorate, my official title is Senior Account Manager. My work centers on technical project and program delivery: framing the customer problem, coordinating architects, engineers, data and QA teams, making trade-offs clear and carrying the work into launch and operation.

I own the delivery path and stakeholder decisions. Engineering and platform specialists own production implementation. My earlier experience in digital operations, customer success and marketing helps connect the system work to the customer outcome.

Away from the laptop: black belt in Taekwondo, active in BJJ and Muay Thai, youth coach in both, solo skydiver, traveler, and reasonably competitive at Wordle (open challenge to anyone).
